Solo Traveler
The hotel staff was friendly and the overall ambiance was very nice. My room lacked any drinking glasses. The phone was broken and there was no way to contact any one in the hotel.

Traveling as Couple
The hotel was very well appointed. It was extremely convenient from the highway. The staff was friendly. The pool appeared clean and inviting but we did not have time enjoy it.

Adequate for trips. Certainly not 4 star. They are living off the Sheraton name. Pool was ice cold in August and the water looked dirty.

They charge for parking in their garage but you can park on the side of the building for free.

Decorated with a male traveler in mind. Furnishings are adequate. Bathroom needs updating. Convenient location.

Business Traveler
Good for business travel. Not exceptionally luxurious but pleasant, clean, comfortable and convenient. Food was good but not great. Would have liked a nicer restaurant for dinner than a sports bar.

Family with Young Children
The room we rented had two queen sized beds and a pull out bed couch. When we got there we were told they didn't have any rooms like that. Only full size beds. The Jacuzzi was broken, an the employees opened the doors to the outside while my children were swimming in the pool. It was barely 40 degrees outside. We had a departing present to come home with, colds that lasted a week. We were told there was a free continental breakfast, we went where we were told and paid $60.00 for a cold nasty breakfast (the bill we signed said $40). I was not happy at all.
